PAYMENT SECURED BY DEBIT CARD

The buyer selects the services he wishes to order in the “basket”, modifies them if necessary (quantities, references, dates, etc.), and enters his personal identification information on the forms.

Then, on the “order summary” page, the buyer checks their entire order : the services ordered, the price to pay and the identification information. He accepts the cancellation policy by checking the box to this effect.

Then, the buyer validates their order by pressing the “pay” button. The buyer is then redirected to the secure TRUST MY TRAVEL interface in order to securely enter their personal bank card details. If payment is accepted, the order is saved.

If the buyer has an email address and if he provided it when ordering, the company Rangiroa Excursion will send him by email confirmation of the registration of his order.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

 

Rangiroa Excursion SARL may cancel an outing if the weather conditions are unfavourable or if there are not enough participants. The customer will then be offered other dates or a refund if the outing cannot be postponed.

 

The customer will be refunded if he cancels 24 hours before the scheduled outing. 

 

Cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing at rangiroaexcursion@gmail.com within the cancellation timeframe stated in the cancellation policy above.

NO-SHOW POLICY

 

In case of no show after having previously reserved, the customer will have to pay the service in full.

 

CANCELLATION IN CASE OF FORCE MAJEURE

 

For all reasons of force majeure, reservations canceled by the customer will be refunded. The cases of force majeure considered are: serious accident, covid-19, attack, cyclone, storm, flight cancellation by airline.
